Mobile Information Sharing
Gallant may use service providers to help us deliver text messages and operate our communications systems. These providers may process mobile information only as necessary to provide services to Gallant.
Gallant does not sell mobile opt-in information or SMS consent. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
SMS Consent and Opt-Out
Participation in Gallant’s SMS communications is voluntary. Providing a telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS communications. When consent is required, Gallant will obtain consent through an approved method before sending applicable SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You may opt out of eligible SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
Where supported, you may reply START to resume messages after opting out. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out of SMS does not prevent Gallant from communicating through other authorized channels such as email, telephone, or in-app notifications.
Security
Gallant uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
These safeguards may include:
- Authentication and access controls
- Role-based permissions
- Secure application architecture
- Encrypted communications
- Audit logging
- Restricted administrative access
- Secure credential and secret management
- Monitoring and incident-response procedures
No electronic system is completely risk-free, and Gallant cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Gallant retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide services
- Maintain required operational records
- Satisfy contractual obligations
- Comply with applicable law and government-program requirements
- Resolve disputes

Cookies and Website Technologies
Gallant websites and applications may use cookies or similar technologies for:
- Authentication
- Session management
- Security
- Analytics
- Performance
- User preferences
- Campaign attribution and conversion measurement
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect website or application functionality.
Gallant uses an opaque first-party visitor identifier to preserve campaign attribution and a limited recent-page history. This identifier is not designed to reveal a person’s name or email address. If a visitor later submits a form or otherwise voluntarily identifies themselves, Gallant may associate that submitted information with prior website attribution and engagement data to understand the inquiry and provide relevant follow-up.
Gallant does not treat an IP address as proof of an individual’s identity. If company-level website intelligence is enabled, any organization match derived from network information is treated as an estimate, kept separate from verified contact information, and used only when the provider supplies sufficient confidence. Residential, mobile, shared, and privacy-protected networks may not support reliable company identification.
Visitors may accept or decline optional analytics through the website’s analytics preference notice. Declining optional analytics does not prevent essential security, operational, or form-submission processing.
Third-Party Services and Links
Gallant websites or applications may contain links to third-party services.
Gallant is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that operate independently from Gallant. We encourage users to review the applicable privacy policies of those third parties.
Gallant may use Replit for website hosting and aggregate analytics, HubSpot for customer-relationship management and business-development follow-up, Calendly for scheduling, and other approved service providers that support website operations. These providers process information according to their applicable terms and Gallant’s configuration of their services.
Providing contact information for an inquiry does not by itself enroll a person in marketing email. Where offered, marketing email consent is collected separately and may be withdrawn through the unsubscribe method in a marketing message or by contacting Gallant.
Children’s Privacy
Gallant does not use its public website to knowingly solicit personal information directly from children for marketing purposes. Where Gallant provides services involving youth through government, workforce-development, or other authorized programs, information is processed in accordance with applicable contracts, authorization requirements, privacy obligations, and program rules.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Gallant may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When material changes are made, we may update the effective date or provide additional notice where appropriate.
